a. Backstage Meet-and-Greet Passes for 2 persons
b. Acoustic Guitar signed by INCUBUS

Technical requirements:
- Participants must perform & interpret the song in its entirety
- The video will have to be available through YouTube
- There are no publishing limitations regarding the recording (music and voice)
- The video must not contain messages that are either racist, discriminatory or xenophobic
- Any videos submitted after 15 July 2011 will not be accepted.
- Public Voting ends on 15 July 2011
